Teaching and Learning materials are now freely available online, they are modified without costs, making it more accessible, and reusable learning materials that support students, teachers, and lifelong learners, regardless of location or financial status. OER is helping bridge educational gaps and making learning more inclusive for all Filipinos .

DepEd Commons – Managed by the Department of Education (DepEd), This platform provides free learning modules, quizzes, and lessons for K-12 students.It became especially important during distance learning and continues to support schools nationwide. Philippine eLib – is a digital library containing journals, research papers, theses, and historical documents from major institutions of the National Library of the Philippines (NLP), University of the Philippines (UP), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Agriculture (DA), and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). TVUP: University of the Philippines’ Internet Television Network– is an Internet television (webcast) network operated by the University of the Philippines which delivers free content for information and educational purposes. It will participate in generating open educational resources (OERs) to be made public by producing its own materials and collecting other content from existing sources. 6. OPENOU NETWORKS Open Educational Resources – The UPOU Networks is the online repository of all multimedia resources produced by UPOU. It has five main features: UPOU Commons– a repository of the University produced open educational resources
UPOU Live – features lectures, fora, research presentations, seminars, and other university events that are web-streamed on real time. It enables the university to communicate/reach out to it various publics scattered all over the world.
