Hello, I’m Arlene E., a retired licensed librarian from the Philippines and the editor/administrator of this website. In 2023, I moved to the United States with my family. I renamed this site from cnulibrary.wordpress.com to Open Access Learning PH as a heartfelt way to stay connected to the library and information community I love and to continue sharing my passion for librarianship. While I am no longer practicing professionally, my love for the field remains strong, and this platform allows me to keep sharing open and freely accessible resources with fellow learners and library advocates. With over 20 years of experience in librarianship in the Philippines, I am grateful to continue supporting the values we share as a community. Whether you are a librarian, educator, student, researcher, library advocate, or simply someone curious about libraries, you are warmly invited to explore, learn, and engage. Together, let’s celebrate the important role libraries and librarians play in empowering communities and nurturing lifelong learning. Thank you for being part of our journey!
